Architectural Drafting/Design

Our experienced team of architectural draftspeople work closely with clients to provide detailed architectural drawings using the latest technology and drafting techniques. We work with a variety of clients ranging from architects and engineers to contractors and end users, servicing both the commercial and residential construction sectors.

3-D Modeling

65-Queen-St-3D-Model3-D modeling can be an extremely useful tool in communicating the design and feel of a project to a client. It can help identify areas of concern prior to construction by accurately portraying the finished product. Island Drafting will develop a 3-D model using client-supplied or in-house prepared plans. These models can range from simple geometric shapes to elaborate structures and are very useful in marketing and for presentation purposes.

Project Management

Whether you require a full partnership and guidance during the entire process or simply a set of watchful eyes on your job site while you are away, we are willing to help. We have many years of experience in coordinating construction projects. We also have established a very good working relationship with consultants and many of the contractors here on the Island and throughout Atlantic Canada.
